LTD. is actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic Full-Time Remote Mental Health Counselor who will provide high-quality therapeutic support to clients from the comfort of their homes. Your role will involve conducting remote therapy sessions and collaborating with clients to foster mental wellness and resilience.

This position is fully remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining a focus on client care. We utilize a secure online platform for conducting therapy sessions, enabling seamless communication with clients. • Conduct individual therapy sessions via our telehealth platform, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans by assessing client requirements, preferences, and mental health goals, ensuring that each plan is tangible and actionable.
• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and feedback, making adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and share best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest mental health research and teletherapy techniques to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele seeking help for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges. Your ability to establish rapport and trust with clients will be essential in guiding them through their healing journeys.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist. Acceptable licenses include:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Prior experience providing individual therapy in a remote or telehealth setting is preferred, as it will help you conduct effective sessions using technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable positive engagement with clients and foster a safe therapeutic environment.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, embracing feedback and actively contributing to team objectives.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
