The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $131,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of the North America Consumer Experience Operations team, a group focused on delivering seamless digital consumer experiences across Nike's marketplace, flagship platforms, and post-purchase journeys. This role partners closely with Digital Brand, Marketing, Site Experience, Digital Operations, Platform, Commerce, and Global teams to drive operational excellence and consistent execution. You will report into North America Consumer Experience Operations and will not have direct people management responsibilities.

You will help bring digital experiences to life by ensuring content moves efficiently from concept to publication. Working at the intersection of operations, marketing, and digital execution, you'll drive consistency, quality, and visibility across campaign and evergreen content while helping teams deliver their best work every day.
  • Support end-to-end digital content production, tracking deliverables across channels and ensuring timelines, approvals, dependencies, and publishing milestones remain visible and actionable.
  • Partner with Digital Brand and Marketing teams to operationalize seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key consumer moments, translating strategic priorities into executable content plans.
  • Maintain strong operating rhythms through documentation, workflow governance, production tracking, and stakeholder communication that keeps teams aligned and informed.
  • Lead publishing readiness and quality assurance (QA) efforts, ensuring content accuracy, channel compliance, and a high standard of execution before launch.
  • Serve as a key contact for content, tooling, and publishing incidents, coordinating with the appropriate partners to triage, communicate, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate across Digital Operations, Platform, Commerce, Global, and Consumer Experience teams to identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and improve execution quality.
  • Support the adoption of new tools, workflows, and automation opportunities while monitoring operational health, campaign readiness, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
