• Engage in regular group and individual supervision sessions to foster continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with the Oregon Health Authority to gather and provide essential enrollment and discharge data for clients enrolled in problem gambling treatment programs.
• Coordinate joint case planning efforts involving behavioral health with various community stakeholders, including schools, group homes, law enforcement, and healthcare facilities.
• Deliver educational outreach on behavioral health and addiction to community organizations and interest groups, enhancing awareness and prevention strategies.
• Attend and participate in trainings, meetings, and conferences to stay abreast of industry developments and integrate these insights into practice.
• Develop, implement, and sustain a comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) plan for the agency, ensuring adherence to best practices and relevant procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the agency's overarching goals and initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on working with adult clients who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and addiction-related issues. You will employ evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to each individual's needs, promoting a client-centered approach to care. Your role is vital in guiding clients towards achieving their therapeutic goals and improving their overall mental health status.

The ideal candidate will possess one of the following degrees from a nationally accredited institution: a Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), a Master of Social Work, a Master in Professional Counseling, or a Master of Family Therapy. Candidates must meet the licensure requirements set forth by the state of Oregon. Additionally, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a strong foundation in mental health practices as well as a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required, showcasing your expertise in providing comprehensive mental health services. Experience working with diverse populations, especially adults with complex mental health issues, will be a significant advantage in this role, highlighting your adaptability and competency in various therapeutic frameworks.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
