Job description

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Python, AWS, GenAI) to serve as a key technical leader, shaping the design, architecture, and delivery of modern, cloudnative software solutions. You'll bring deep expertise across the AWS ecosystem, Python engineering, agentic/GenAI tooling, API design, and frontend development with React. The ideal candidate combines strong handson engineering skills with architectural vision, enabling the team to rapidly build, iterate, and scale innovative products.

The Work:

  • Lead the endtoend architecture and development of fullstack applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and automation using Python and cloudnative patterns.
  • Build intuitive, responsive, and visually polished user interfaces using React and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Integrate and operationalize agentic AI workflows, GenAI tooling, and LLMbased systems into core platform capabilities.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across engineering teams, driving alignment and highquality implementation.
  • Contribute to a fastpaced environment by iterating quickly, experimenting with new technologies, and pushing innovation forward.

Here's What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong handson expertise with Python for backend development.
  • Strong experience with React.js for frontend development.
  • Experience building services and application layers with Node.js as part of a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack.
  • Experience integrating agentic AI workflows, GenAI solutions, and LLMdriven systems.
  • Proven track record architecting and delivering fullstack applications endtoend.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and guide teams through rapid iteration.
  • Excellent communication and crossteam collaboration skills.
