ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to design and maintain enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, while performing advanced analysis on complex datasets including compensation and HR data. You will use Python and SQL to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets in Snowflake, translating business questions into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires strong independent judgment and the ability to navigate evolving, ambiguous business requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau;
  • Work with complex and highly sensitive datasets, including compensation and HR-related data;
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usability for business stakeholders;
  • Use Python and SQL to perform advanced data analysis and generate actionable insights;
  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and meaningful recommendations;
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through exploratory analysis;
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Clean, transform, and validate large datasets using Python and SQL;

  • Experience working with Snowflake or BigQuery;
