About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to support a late-stage technology deployment within a field operations environment.

This engagement is designed for a hands-on, execution-oriented change professional who can quickly drive stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness activities, training alignment, and adoption support. The project involves a machine learning-enabled operational tool designed to improve field inspection efficiency, enhance decision-making, reduce risk, and increase data visibility for employees and stakeholders supporting field-based operations.

This is a full-time contract opportunity expected to run from August 2026 through March 2027.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day change management execution for a late-stage technology deployment supporting field operations
  • Develop and support stakeholder engagement plans to increase awareness, readiness, and adoption among impacted employees
  • Create clear communications that help field teams, operational leaders, and business stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters, and how it affects their work
  • Partner with project teams, field operations leaders, business stakeholders, and end users to support adoption
  • Assess change impacts and identify readiness needs across impacted employee groups, including field-facing teams
  • Support training alignment by helping ensure materials, timing, and messaging match user needs in an operational environment
  • Help prepare employees and stakeholders for new workflows, technology-enabled processes, field inspection changes, and greater data visibility
  • Identify adoption risks, resistance points, communication gaps, and readiness barriers across field and operational teams
  • Recommend practical actions to improve user understanding, acceptance, and sustained usage
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support go-live preparation, post-deployment adoption, and ongoing reinforcement
  • Track change activities, stakeholder feedback, readiness progress, and adoption-related next steps
  • Provide hands-on support to help the organization sustain new ways of working across field operations
What We're Looking For
  • Strong Organizational Change Management experience, preferably supporting technology or operational transformation projects
  • Experience supporting field operations, utility operations, inspection teams, asset management, or other field-based work environments strongly preferred
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness planning, training alignment, and adoption support
  • Ability to operate in a late-stage deployment environment with limited time to influence adoption
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical or operational changes into clear, practical messaging for field teams, leaders, and impacted users
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, business leaders, field operations leaders, and end users
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to move quickly, organize work, and drive deliverables
  • Ability to identify adoption risks and recommend practical mitigation steps
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting AI, machine learning, analytics, data visibility, or decision-support technology deployments is a plus
Contract Details
  • Full-time contract role
  • 40 hours per week
  • Expected duration of approximately 36 weeks
  • Anticipated timeline: August 2026 through March 2027
  • Remote or hybrid arrangement may be considered based on project needs
  • Focused role supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training alignment, and adoption across field operations and operational stakeholder groups
Why This Role Stands Out
