About the Role
Fincons US is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support enterprise application and digital transformation initiatives. This is a remote position supporting teams and stakeholders in the Los Angeles market. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining modern web applications using Python, React, and AWS while collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python and React.
  • Develop robust backend services, APIs, and application logic using Python.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications and services using AWS.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development.
  • Strong experience developing modern web applications using React.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and version control.
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and data integration.
