Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Resolve helpdesk tickets, provide troubleshooting, and ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Ticket & System Management: Maintain SLAs, oversee ticket lifecycles, and monitor remote systems for security and performance.
  • Project Support: Assist in project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope and documentation.
  • Risk & Communication: Act as an escalation point, conduct root cause analyses, and provide clear client communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Mentor engineers, contribute to process improvements, and support cross-functional teams.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Technical Experience:  IT/security systems, scripting (PowerShell, Python),  years managing client relationships.
