The selected candidate for the 5thGeneration MUO Data Analyst - Level2 position will authenticate users for network access and tool utilization, analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and discern trends that inform better decision making, and develop and maintain database queries using programming languages such as Python and VBA. In addition, the analyst will deepen their understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques to design and implement predictive analytics and pattern recognition models, effectively communicate findings through visualizations particularly Tableau dashboards and commit to continuous learning by staying current with emerging tools, methodologies, and research.
Job duties will include but not limited to:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting Data connections
- Developing and maintaining Tableau Dashboards
- Generating ad hoc reports for different stakeholders across organization
- Collecting and deriving customer requirements
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive decision making
