Job description

Title: SAP PTP Consultant
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering & Process Design: 
Work with business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze existing processes, and design optimized Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Materials Management (MM) solutions. 
  • System Configuration & Customization: 
Configure and customize SAP MM modules in S/4HANA, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Vendor Master, and Material Master data. 
  • Project Implementation: 
Lead and manage the MM workstream in S/4HANA implementation and migration projects. 
  • Integration: 
Ensure seamless integration of MM with other SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI), and Warehouse Management (WM). 
  • Testing & Support: 
Develop and execute test plans, prepare test data, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support for MM processes. 
  • Documentation & Training: 
Prepare detailed documentation, functional specifications, and train end-users on S/4HANA MM functionalities and best practices. 
  • Process Expertise: 
Apply expertise in core MM and PTP processes, such as Inventory Management, Material Valuation, Contracts, Outlines Agreements, and Stock Transport Orders. 
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) and the SAP S/4HANA platform. 
  • Proven experience with the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycle. 
  • Familiarity with SAP MM configuration, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Vendor Master data. 
  • Experience with S/4HANA-specific changes and Fiori apps related to MM. 
  • Ability to document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop test cases. 
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
