What You’ll Handle

As a Customer Service Representative - Sales & Products Specialist, you’ll support customers and help convert questions into the right purchase decisions by pairing service excellence with consultative selling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary contact via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism and accuracy
- Enter and manage orders; process returns, exchanges, and credits
- Proactively follow up on quotes, prior purchases, and open opportunities
- Identify upsell/cross-sell options and support promotions to help meet team sales goals
- Build product knowledge, stay current on updates, and share customer feedback internally
Required qualifications/skills:
