Responsible for day-to-day operations, financial results, and staffing at all apartment communities in the assigned portfolio, including personnel hiring, training and development, and managing; occupancy results; marketing plans; budgeting; forecasting; maintenance; asset preservation; capital improvement; collections, evictions, and refunds; and safety and security; to provide the highest standards of management that meet owner expectations and safeguard their assets. Must be analytical, consistent, fair, and cost-conscious. Must follow policy, directions, and memoranda from the Legacy corporate and regional offices.ย This is a remote/ hybrid position that requires travel throughout the region. Looking for a candidate with 1-5 years of experience.
Leadership & Oversightย โ Supervise all property staff, ensuringย strong performance, development, and retention. Provide regular feedback, conduct annual reviews, and guide team operations across assigned properties.
Property Operationsย โ Oversee day-to-day property functions including capital replacements, landscaping, and maintenance coordination. Evaluate unresolved issues and ensure property longevity and appeal.
Compliance & Safetyย โ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing andย building codes.ย Monitor adherence to safety training and coordinate with government agencies as needed.
