Overview

Position Summary: Project Manager

Lakeview is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our IT team. In the role you will deliver effective project management services across a number of business initiatives. Provide organization structure, core processes, guidance, resources management, support and reporting in support of those initiatives.  Support basic approach of identification, validation, measurements, resource definition and implementation of business initiatives covering throughout, efficiency, effectiveness, and leveraging of people, process and systems.   This role is paying between $110,000 and $120,000 with an annual bonus. This role may be fully remote anywhere in the U.S. or hybrid based out of one of our offices in Coral Gables, FL; Horsham, PA; or Agoura Hills, CA.


Responsibilities
  • Perform business and partner needs assessments, evaluate operational benefits of solutions, and convey benefits and gains to business leaders. 
  • Execute Business Process strategies, policies and procedures that are in line with creating enterprise best practices. 
  • Implement key business objectives ensuring they are applied appropriately to all business activities. 
  • Anticipate and understand business expectations, ensure requirements are captured, and risk is addressed across impacted areas.  
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with business leaders. 
  • Understand the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions and adopt an appropriate style to foster communication. 
  • Identify and communicate goals and objectives at all phases of the program. 
  • Implement resource and deliverable management that ensures on time delivery. 
  • Develop and maintain project plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and real time status of all ongoing initiatives. 
  • Proactively assess wide variety of tasks, in relation to identifying and undertaking activities that are to the benefit of the business. 

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Understanding of the mortgage servicing/originations industry is desired 
  • Familiarity with BPM, Waterfall, Agile and Lean project management approaches 
  • Effective communication skills suitable for the management of and liaison with departmental staff and senior management, both on a one-to-one and one-to-many basis. 
  • Ability to work efficiently and seamlessly within the technological and business domains 
  • Formal training in Project Management disciplines 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum 5-7 years as a Project Manager
