About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible mental health services tailored to the unique needs of our community. • Create and implement individualized treatment plans featuring specific goals and intervention strategies in collaboration with clients and families.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive support for each student, working alongside educators, school psychologists, and the broader mental health team.
  • Offer crisis intervention and develop safety plans to support students in moments of acute need.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment protocols, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role particularly emphasizes working with a diverse student population dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, and trauma-related conditions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting students through their most formative years, helping them navigate their complex emotional landscapes to foster successful academic and personal development.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with a focus on clinical practice.
  • Current active licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and their application in a school setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills are essential to effectively engage with students, families, and educational staff.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of prior experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably within a school-based environment.
  • Insight into the unique challenges faced by school-aged children and adolescents.
  • Prior experience with crisis intervention strategies and development of safety plans is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by an enticing sign-on bonus. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision services.
  • Retirement plans with employer matching options to help secure your financial future.
  • Generous paid time off policy, incorporating vacation days, personal leave, and public holidays.
  • Ongoing professional development through continuing education programs to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with the latest practices.
  • Insurance, including liability and other necessary coverages, will be provided.
