In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential activities tailored to the needs of young children and their families. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed assessments and evaluations to identify the unique needs of each child.
• Collaborating with families to develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring their child receives tailored support and interventions.
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of children and adapting services as necessary based on developmental goals.
• Implementing evidence-based practices within the Natural Learning Environment, utilizing coaching models to enhance learning.
• Providing education and support to families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to foster their child's development.
• Complying with all applicable federal and state regulations, including maintaining accurate documentation of services.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members to create a healthy and inclusive learning environment.

You will work primarily with young children, particularly infants and toddlers, as they navigate developmental stages and challenges. This role is focused on serving those with disabilities or developmental delays, helping them to acquire skills in areas such as social-emotional development, communication, and cognitive abilities. Our interventions are designed to create meaningful and supportive outcomes for each child involved.

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate any necessary travel, despite the remote setting.
• Experience working with children in early intervention settings, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and respect for diverse backgrounds.
