You will operate in a remote telehealth environment while remaining connected with a collaborative team of mental health professionals. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, creating detailed treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, for individuals, groups, and families.
• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive care coordination for each client.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies for clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, resources, and services available to the public.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. We serve adults, adolescents, and families, emphasizing cultural competence, sensitivity, and individualized care. You will play a crucial part in fostering safe, trusting therapeutic relationships that empower clients to explore their challenges and develop coping strategies.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and implement therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A commitment to cultural competence, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of documentation in compliance with policies.

• Experience in telehealth or virtual therapy is a plus, with proficiency in various digital tools and platforms used for remote counseling.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly those tailored to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and stabilization strategies.
• A history of involvement in community advocacy or mental health awareness initiatives is desirable.
