In your role as a Clinical Social Worker, you will be tasked with delivering high-quality mental health care through a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments that involve evaluating mental health histories and personal challenges to inform effective treatment planning.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and cater to individual client goals.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions focused on solution-based approaches to foster client engagement and growth.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
