Position Overview

Work Environment

This LCSW position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver essential services from the comfort of your own home while connecting with families across the region. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention services at our detox center. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments for children enrolled in our services, determining their needs and developmental status.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Monitoring the outcomes and progress of each child as an integral member of the treatment team, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations.
• Providing guidance and support to families, equipping them with strategies and resources designed to enhance their child's development in alignment with Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Using a coaching model to facilitate learning in natural settings, ensuring that each caregiver feels confident in implementing techniques that promote their child's growth.
• Developing and maintaining rapport and trust with children, families, and team members to foster a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with children from birth to three years old who may exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Your focus will be on helping these children acquire critical skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development. You will be able to closely observe their individual growth and work directly with families to address their concerns and priorities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as an LCSW through the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel to clients as needed.
• Strong commitment to adhering to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with strong communication abilities.

Preferred Experience

While one year of experience working with children in early intervention is required, experience with diverse learning styles, bilingual capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team will enhance your potential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
