Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through preliminary interviews and subsequent follow-ups, ensuring thorough documentation from the initial consultation through the end of treatment.
  • Evaluate clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health using established frameworks and evidence-based practices.
  • Design individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing therapeutic techniques that promote healing and recovery.
  • Facilitate engaging and transformative individual therapy sessions as well as structured group therapy sessions to foster community and shared experiences among clients.
  • Monitor and assess client progress throughout the course of treatment, making adjustments to intervention strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness.
