• Utilize established family systems theories and systemic interventions to facilitate discussions around complicated relationship dynamics and enhance communication skills.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation, in full compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with a virtual team of therapists, fostering a rich exchange of insights and support to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

• A current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Virginia or eligibility for licensure in your practicing area.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in marriage and family therapy, demonstrating your ability to handle a variety of client scenarios.
