Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15 hours or more per week)
  • Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI-powered scribe)
  • Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach
  • Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices

Qualifications
  • Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
  • Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
  • Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
  • Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and using delivering therapy via telehealth
