• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that cater to diverse student requirements.
• Provide ongoing counseling services to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with educational staff to create and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on psychological assessments.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate training workshops for teachers and parents on topics related to mental health awareness and support strategies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all student interactions, assessments, and intervention outcomes.

This position primarily focuses on K-12 students from diverse backgrounds, including those with special needs, learning disabilities, and various emotional or behavioral challenges. You will be instrumental in crafting a supportive framework that empowers students to thrive academically and socially. Our focus is on creating individualized pathways for each child, addressing both immediate concerns and long-term developmental trajectories.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a School Psychologist is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of child development, mental health disorders, and educational methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and educational staff.

• Previous experience providing psychological services in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
