Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and psychological testing where appropriate.
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client's individual goals are prioritized and addressed.
- Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Facilitate crisis intervention sessions for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and receiving necessary referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical notes in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Qualifications- A license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required for this position.

- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required, with a demonstrated capability to handle a caseload effectively.
