• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered comprehensively.
• Formulate effective treatment plans by evaluating clients' needs, issues, and goals, tailored to their unique situations.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients of various demographics, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening interpersonal bonds.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and encourage clients to take an active role in their therapy journey.
• Regularly review and refine treatment plans as clients progress, adapting to their evolving needs and ensuring they receive the most beneficial care.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals when needed to provide holistic care for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, ensuring that all parties are informed and involved in the treatment process.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, demonstrating the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in therapeutic methods.
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and advocating for clients' rights and well-being.
• Encourage self-care practices for clients and maintain your personal well-being to prevent burnout and ensure the best possible care.

This role encompasses a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families ranging from young children to older adults. Therapists will be equipped to address various mental health issues, including relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders, allowing clients to achieve personal growth and improved relational health.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.
• Experience in providing individual therapy and/or couples therapy is essential.
• Proven ability to work effectively with children and adults, tailoring interventions to suit various developmental stages and needs.
• Strong skills in the timely completion of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans are crucial.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Previous experience delivering remote therapy services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques enhances treatment efficacy.
• Experience working in an outpatient office or counseling center setting will be beneficial.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
