This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing exceptional care to our clients from the comfort of your home office. Although most work will be conducted online, you will have the opportunity to form meaningful connections with patients through telehealth modalities. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' specific needs, using standardized tools and interviews to inform treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups, helping participants understand mental health issues and develop coping strategies to support their recovery.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to ensure coordinated treatment for our clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services promptly, assessing patients' safety and well-being, and implementing immediate strategies for stabilization.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community to enhance their understanding and participation in their care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy for treatment continuity and record-keeping.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to holistic treatment planning and ongoing learning.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into your practice to provide the best care possible.

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups. You will be tasked with addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, from common issues like anxiety and depression to more complex disorders such as PTSD and substance use. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of various mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Authentic passion for improving the mental health and well-being of individuals and families, showcasing a compassionate approach toward patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, allowing for building rapport with clients quickly.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarization with teletherapy technologies.

• Experience conducting individual and group therapy sessions in a remote setting, demonstrating adaptability to virtual care models.
• Prior experience with specialized therapeutic techniques or working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors is beneficial.
• Familiarity with community resources and additional support services to bolster the treatment plans of clients.
