• Provide psychotherapy services via telehealth to students with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to inform treatment plans, utilizing standardized assessment tools and best practice guidelines.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), catering to the specific needs of each student.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation according to HIPAA regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic support for students.
• Participate in regular case consultations, peer reviews, and training sessions to enhance treatment methodologies and professional skills.
• Provide educational resources and support to students and their families, helping them navigate available community resources and treatment options.
• Stay informed on current research and developments in mental health, continuously integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents, including those experiencing academic challenges linked to mental health issues. Our focus is on implementing solutions that support both immediate concerns and long-term development, fostering resilience and coping strategies in students.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services in a school or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based interventions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.

• Experience in school-based mental health services or with adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Advanced training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.
• Experience with electronic health records and telehealth technologies, facilitating effective service delivery in a virtual environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.

This full-time position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
