• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, applying evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their mental health objectives.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the multifaceted challenges faced by clients, enabling them to cultivate coping strategies and personal strengths.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and contributing to a culture of professionalism.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, registered nurses, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care that meets the diverse needs of clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous professional development sessions, including case consultations and peer reviews, to enhance treatment quality and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Educate clients and their families about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, fostering empowerment through knowledge and resources.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health to integrate new insights into your therapeutic practices.

This role focuses on serving a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive space that respects all identities. You will engage with individuals seeking support for both short-term challenges and long-term mental health journeys.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a qualified Psychologist in Washington State.
• Proven experience in employing solution-focused interventions and tailoring treatment plans to meet individual client needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for establishing rapport with clients and fostering trustful therapeutic relationships.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex clinical situations and devise effective treatment strategies.
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, contributing to and valuing the input of fellow mental health professionals.

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting, preferably serving a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and remote counseling techniques to provide effective therapy.
• Advanced knowledge of psychological assessments and therapeutic techniques pertinent to a wide array of mental health disorders.
