This LCSW position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver essential mental health services from the comfort of your home. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans focused on emotional and psychological well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to address specific mental health challenges faced by patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring all patient records are updated consistently in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic care for patients.

As an LCSW at our hospice center, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals coping with terminal conditions, their families, and caregivers.
