What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote psych RN?

To excel as a Remote Psych RN, you need a solid background in psychiatric nursing, mental health assessment, and crisis intervention, typically supported by an RN license and experience in behavioral health. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and HIPAA compliance is crucial.
