• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the unique objectives of each individual.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other counselors, to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring privacy and security for our clients.
• Participate actively in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional growth initiatives to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about industry best practices.

In this role, you will primarily engage with a diverse array of clients grappling with mental health challenges ranging from mild to severe. This includes individuals suffering from anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and addiction. • A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is required.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting individual and group therapy, with a proven track record in mental health settings.
• Proficiency in employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to mental health treatment.
