As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your role will encompass various responsibilities critical to the wellbeing of our patients. Key duties include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of patients’ mental and emotional health to craft individualized treatment plans addressing their unique needs, based on best practices.
• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the preferences and issues of your patients.
• Keeping precise and timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for patients.
• Participating in case consultations and team meetings regularly to ensure a high standard of care and to share insights among peers.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and available community support systems.
• Continuing professional development to stay informed about current best practices and advancements in mental health and hospice care.
• Maintaining a manageable caseload while ensuring treatment goals are met effectively and compassionately.

You will work primarily with terminally ill patients facing complex emotional, psychological, and social issues as they approach the end of life. This role requires a deep understanding of the nuances of palliative care and the ability to support both patients and their families through grief, acceptance, and the challenges of terminal illnesses.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York State.
• At least three years of clinical experience, particularly involving psychotherapy services and hospice care.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

• Previous experience working in a hospice or palliative care settings.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Experience in group therapy and family counseling sessions.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
