This position is primarily remote, allowing clinicians the flexibility to engage with clients and colleagues effectively. However, frequent collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, and other mental health providers, is crucial. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Radiant Family Relations Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in the office and within community settings.
• Conducting thorough assessments, implementing evidence-based interventions, creating integrated care plans, and ensuring continuity of care.
• Carrying a caseload that includes conducting individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to clients' unique needs.
• Facilitating crisis intervention and handling urgent care situations as necessary, ensuring immediate support and resources are available.
• Working collaboratively within teams, participating in regular case discussions to refine treatment approaches and improve service delivery.
• Maintaining detailed documentation and timely completion of reports and data submissions to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families regarding available support services.

Your primary focus will be on clients served in a hospice environment, who often face complex emotional and psychological challenges. You will support individuals and their families during critical times, addressing mental health needs that arise from navigating chronic illness, grief, and end-of-life decisions. The role requires not only clinical expertise but also exceptional empathy and advocacy skills to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care that respects their preferences and values.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health or a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments and developing practical intervention strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
• Understanding of ethical guidelines and the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in client interactions.

While not mandatory, the following experience is highly desirable:

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for mental health treatment.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or advocacy initiatives aimed at underserved populations.
• Experience in providing training or support to peers in a collaborative clinical setting.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
