Industry: Electrical Construction | Utility Infrastructure | Airfield Lighting Systems

Location: Remote with Travel Throughout the Southeast
Travel: 50-60% Overnight Travel

Direct Hire:

TRC has partnered with our client withing the airport electrical and navigational aid construction industry to identify an Electrician who can support estimating, project management, and field operations across electrical infrastructure projects throughout the Southeastern United States.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician looking to expand into project leadership while remaining actively involved in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical construction background, experience reading plans and specifications, and the ability to manage projects from estimating through project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.

  • Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare cost estimates.

  • Assist with bid preparation and proposal development.

  • Support value engineering and constructability reviews.

  • Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.

  • Manage electrical projects from award through closeout.

  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.

  • Track project budgets, labor productivity, and job costs.

  • Prepare and manage change orders.

  • Review RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.

  • Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, engineers, suppliers, and field teams.
