About the Opportunity


A growing company in the Facilities Maintenance and Commercial Property Services industry is seeking a Business Development Manager / National Account Executive with a proven track record in sales and business development within the facilities management, commercial maintenance, trade services, or property services sectors.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong industry relationships and experience generating new business opportunities on a national level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within:
    • Facilities Management
    • Commercial Maintenance
    • Multi-Site Retail Maintenance
    • Restaurant Maintenance
    • Property Management
    • HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Services
  • Prospect, develop, and close new commercial accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with facility directors, procurement professionals, and key decision-makers.
  • Participate in RFP and RFQ processes and convert opportunities into recurring service contracts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
  • Develop and expand strategic relationships within the industry.


Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within:
