We are looking for our next great property manager. This is a fully remote position. The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations and financial reporting.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000


Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties and serve as the primary point of contact for owners and tenants.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and document findings.
  • Oversee lease renewals, lease compliance, notices, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Monitor rent collections and follow up on delinquent accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver owner reports, updates, and financial information.
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation in the property management software.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and leasing activities for vacant properties.
  • Review applications, process tenant screenings, and assist with tenant placement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, landlord-tenant laws, and fair housing regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, obtain bids, and negotiate pricing when appropriate.
  • Address tenant and owner concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
  • Track and manage work orders from initiation through completion.
  • Assist with budgeting and expense management for assigned properties.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and provide an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of residential property management experience.
  • Active real estate license.
  • Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
  • Experience managing maintenance requests, tenant relations, and owner communications.
  • Proficiency with property management software (Buildium, AppFolio, Rentvine, Propertyware, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office workspace.
