  • Support the development of best practices, standard operating procedures, governance processes, and quality standards across the proposal team.
  • Leverage proposal management technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, consistency, and response quality.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including the ability to develop proposal content from minimal direction.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling client-focused solutions.
  • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, specialty distribution, pharmaceutical manufacturer services, healthcare, or related industries preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, successfully navigate ambiguity, and work independently with minimal guidance
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Strong analytical, research, and content-development skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and accuracy.
