Job Description LeverageTek is actively seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a 1-year contract with its Ottawa based customer Work Location This is a fully remote position. Key Tasks Design, develop, document, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and support ServiceNow solutions, enhancements, and changes based on business requirements Develop and configure ServiceNow platform solutions through scripting, configuration, integrations, workflow automation, and other development activities Design and implement AI-enabled solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Intelligent Automation capabilities Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve service delivery, streamline business processes, enhance user experience, and increase operational efficiency Integrate ServiceNow and AI capabilities with enterprise systems, data sources, and third-party services through APIs and integration frameworks Document technical designs, key decisions, issues, risks, enhancements, and implementation activities throughout the development lifecycle Support all phases of the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, Maintain, and Optimize) Establish technical project plans, prioritize functional and technical requirements, and provide regular status updates Participate in business process redesign workshops and provide technical feasibility assessments related to ServiceNow and AI solutions Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow platform functionality, integrations, automation, and AI implementations Ensure ServiceNow and AI solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, governance, and compliance requirements Key Qualifications Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow developer, including hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, SAM Pro, HRSD, and SecOps modules Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, or supporting AI and automation capabilities within ServiceNow, including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search Demonstrated experience with workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and enterprise application development, combined with knowledge of Generative AI, machine learning, NLP, prompt engineering, and AI governance principles Qualifications University degree or college diploma in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects Demonstrated experience working with and leading discussions among a broad range of stakeholders Demonstrated experience identifying, designing, and implementing AI and automation solutions to improve business processes and service delivery Ability to obtain Reliability Status security clearance Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy.
