This role is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while delivering high-quality care to patients through our telehealth platform. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation complying with regulatory standards, facilitating efficient patient care and historical record accuracy.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools as determined by our collaborative clinical team to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support plans, fostering healthy outcomes for clients.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the maintenance of high clinical standards.
• Serve as a liaison to external service systems, state agencies, and community partners, promoting integrated support for our clients.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to meet contractual and organizational standards, aligning with the goals of our clinic.
• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations for potential program partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Invest in your professional growth through participation in conferences, trainings, and community discussions relevant to mental health.
• Champion the mission and values of Brightside Mental Health Clinic in all interactions and decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of our therapeutic initiatives.

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with mental health challenges, addiction, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Your work will directly impact their journey towards healing, resilience, and proactive management of their mental health.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license is essential for this position.

• Experience in a telehealth or remote therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and tools.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations facing a variety of mental health needs.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise. Benefits include:
