Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: Up to $68/hr on W2

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Agile/Scrum expertise to lead complex IT initiatives from inception through delivery. This individual will play a critical role in driving project execution, facilitating collaboration across teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality business and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of information systems projects across the full lifecycle
  • Serve as a Scrum Master, driving sprint planning, execution, and team alignment
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource strategies
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Write and maintain technical and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
  • Lead and coordinate Change Management processes and CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
  • Translate business requirements into structured user stories aligned with technical delivery
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic IT planning
  • Track and report on project status, performance metrics, and budgets
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices in project management
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master experience required)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience with risk management, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to write and manage user stories and technical requirements
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data flows, infrastructure)
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Server
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
