Key Responsibilities:
  • 8-10 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Risk Management, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery.
  • Hands-on experience implementing either additional Oracle Financials modules, application security, and/or identity management solutions.
  • Drive requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Partner with clients to design future-state business process and functional solution design.
  • Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/user support.
  • Supervise junior staff, directing day-to-day execution and coaching/developing their consulting and technical skills.
  • Participate in practice development, informing Risk Management implementation methodology and best practices.
  • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals and client presentations.
  • Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of Oracle roadmap and innovation (AI, automation, analytics).

Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations.
  • At least 6 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud, including at least 1 end-to-end implementation of Risk Management.
  • Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
  • Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism.
  • Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration.
  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions.
  • Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus.
  • Huron requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

The estimated base salary for this job is $175,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - 303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
