What We Do

We specialize in high-end residential design and construction management across South Florida—from waterfront estates to luxury communities. Our services cover the full outdoor environment, including landscape, hardscape, lighting, irrigation, and drainage. You’ll be supported by a dedicated in-house drafting and 3D graphics team throughout every stage of the design process.


The Opportunity

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will:

  • Lead your own team of seven (design, drafting, and 3D graphics).

  • Manage client relationships, sell your own projects, and oversee them from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients, prepare proposals, and close new business.

  • Serve as the lead designer on all your projects.

  • Manage the entire design process and client experience.

  • Oversee your design team and ensure timely project delivery.

  • Conduct online design presentations.

  • Maintain quality control across plans, graphics, and construction documents.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.


Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • A strong sense of care and commitment

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture

  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience

  • Proven leadership and sales skills

  • Exceptional communication, time management, and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Florida landscape architecture license

  • Expertise in Florida-native plants and hardscape materials

  • Experience owning or managing a design business

  • Background in budgeting or financial management

  • Formal leadership or management training

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, LandFX, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $150,000- $185,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $35,000 annually
