BA Global Talent is seeking a qualified professional to join a dynamic team in the role of Account Manager. In this position, you'll bridge the communication between a client and the business. As the primary point of contact (POC) with assigned customers, translate customer requirements for PM to create new projects or tasks for implementation. You should be a motivated individual looking to grow in the marketing industry, have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service.
Role Objectives:
• Forecasting and monitoring account metrics for each client.
• Preparing account reports when appropriate or requested by the client.
• Collaborating with the PM to meet client goals and objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet client expectations and aims.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, such as scoping, understanding and communicating change orders.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
• Utilize HubSpot for project management and client communication.
• Prepare status reports on all on-going projects.
• Work in an agile environment and continuously reviews needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Approve monthly client reports for billing purposes.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Identify areas of improvement or adjustment related to Marketing services.
• Identify and develop new business with existing clients.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Requirements:
• Native English speaker required.
• 2-3 years of experience in Project/Account Management.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience in an advertising or marketing agency is a big plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail in order to manage multiple accounts successfully at the same time.
• Time management skills to transition between accounts easily.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Recommended HubSpot certifications: Guided Client Onboarding, Delivering Client Success, Platform Consulting.
• Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams, as well as a high degree of proficiency in prototyping and iterative development.

Remote Full-time, 9-6 PST, Mountain time, or CST.
