Job description

Looking for a detail oriented and organized person to manage multiple projects.

We are a website development company that work on 10 to 20 website development projects at any single time.

Each project lasts between 1 month to 6 months, and has multiple stages including:

- Gathering requirements
- Copywriting / Content Collection
- Creative design
- Coding & System Setup
- Testing & Launching
- Training & Support

Each project involves many people who need constant followup:

- Client
- Designer
- Copywriter
- Programmer

The right project manager candidate will be responsible for insuring that each project is moving according to Workflow and that all people involved in the projects are working on the right tasks.

Tools that we use for managing projects and communication:

- Online project management tool (Teamwork.com)
- Email
- Upwork
- Skype
- Google Docs & Spreadsheet

Knowledge of website design process and online marketing is essential.

As part of this ongoing position, we will continue to refine our workflow together in order to improve delivery of projects.
