Business Analyst Requirements (5+ years) - 60%
• Translate documentation into clear, structured user stories that Development and QA teams can easily understand.
• Partner with senior-level business stakeholders; able to independently gather and refine requirements.
• Experience with custom-built solutions
• API knowledge (strong plus).
Project Manager Requirements - 40%
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills; responsible for status reporting, KPI tracking, and leading stand-ups for offshore Development and QA teams.
