Pathways Counseling & Mental Health Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to enhance our team. This role will be conducted entirely via telehealth, allowing for flexible engagement with clients from the comfort of their homes. You will work closely with a variety of health professionals, engaging in holistic approaches to mental health care.

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including major depressive disorders and severe emotional disturbances.

• Engage actively as part of a multidisciplinary team to set and advance shared goals, participating in team meetings to strategize and improve client care.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools for initial assessments and develop comprehensive care plans that integrate multiple service providers.

• Crisis intervention is a critical aspect of this role; you will be responsible for assessing clients in crisis and developing appropriate interventions.

• Maintain organized records and ensure timely reports are submitted in accordance with licensing and organizational standards, monitoring the progress of clients throughout their treatment journeys.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health options and resources, fostering an environment that promotes informed decision-making and empowerment.

• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed to support client needs when emergencies arise.

• Contribute to agency initiatives and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement, bringing your insights and experience to the forefront of our practices.

Your role will target a diverse group of clients from varied cultural backgrounds, most of whom face barriers to accessing adequate mental health services. You will work with individuals seeking help for trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues, emphasizing culturally competent care that respects and values each client’s unique perspective.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia is essential.

• At least two years of professional clinical experience working with mental health clients is preferred.

• Solid understanding of assessment procedures, treatment planning, risk assessment, and crisis management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases while prioritizing responsibilities effectively.

• Competency in addressing age-related and developmental needs for diverse populations served.

• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in both English and Spanish, are highly valued, as they enhance our ability to serve broader populations.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital documentation practices is desirable but not mandatory.

This full-time position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance. Additional benefits include a 401k plan with a company match, a generous paid time off (PTO) policy, and life insurance coverage. A sign-on bonus is also available to eligible candidates.
