Job Title: Project Civil Engineer – Land Development

As a key member of our Land Development Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects, collaborate with a talented team, and play a pivotal role in shaping communities.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing engineering design calculations and construction plans supporting residential, commercial, and roadway developments, covering site grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
  • Conducting thorough code reviews, entitlements research, and general due diligence investigations.
  • Utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for plan preparation.
  • Preparing written drainage and utility reports.

Skills and Abilities:

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving orientation.
  • A valid Florida Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Expertise in land development permitting.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of Civil Engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in ICPR, WaterCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • A proven understanding of stormwater management, utility design, and land development.
  • Familiarity with the permitting process, codes, and criteria.
  • Experience in preparing construction plans and reports.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer license in Florida (preferred).
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
