Location: Detroit, MI (Remote is Ok but need to go to Detroit for meetings)

Job Description:

Primary responsibility will be managing and maintaining MS project plans, status/dashboards on one or more large projects. Additional activities include meeting set-up, meeting notes with action items and decision tracking. Tracking and reporting budget/hours on project. Lead status activities with multiple business units related to assigned tasks. Support Project Manager.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years managing project plans in MS Project, Oracle Fusion, Plan View
  • 5+ years facilitating and recording meeting minutes
  • 3+ years in a Healthcare industry


Required Skills/Experience

  • Current experience with - Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Coordinator of more than one project


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Process Specialist with Visio experience
  • PMP Certificate
  • Strong Presentation skills including PowerPoint presentation development
  • Health Insurance operations knowledge
  • Vendor relationship knowledge


Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.
