Job Description:We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support upcoming CapEx initiatives, driving coordination across facilities, vendors, and internal teams during overnight hours. This role is ideal for someone highly organized with strong administrative skills and a foundational understanding of technical and networking environments.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate overnight venue communications, generally 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, across a 4 day or 5 day schedule
  • Set up installation schedules, order equipment, and track personnel for each project
  • Confirm shipment status, arrival, and condition with logistics partners
  • Place orders and confirm attendance for key project meetings
  • Update project plans, timelines, and completion status
  • Send morning recap communications to the corporate office
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, operations, and external vendors
  • Track project progress across 2 to 3 venues a week and flag risks or delays
  • Support a hardware refresh project involving removal and installation of equipment at each venue

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience coordinating projects, logistics, or operations
  • Basic understanding of technical or networking environments, including familiarity with switches and internet service providers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, overnight work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience coming from an operations background
  • Experience supporting infrastructure or CapEx rollout projects
