Job SummaryÂ
This role is a Project Controls / Planning & Scheduling position focused on managing the financial and scheduling health of projects, in a federal contracting environment. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain critical path schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, track project progress and resource productivity, and conduct financial analysis including forecasting and variance reporting. The role sits at the intersection of finance, and project management — requiring someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within the compliance requirements of government contracts.Â

Key Responsibilities: Â
Monitor project metrics including schedule dates, physical percent complete, resource needs, subcontractor deliverables, and accruals Â
Required Qualifications:Â
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred)  Â
(3) years of experience in project controls, planning/scheduling, cost tracking, financial forecasting, or project management support.Â

U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract and/or security clearance requirements. Â
Working Conditions: This position is primarily performed in an office environment. Employees will be required to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods. Â
