You will develop and execute strategic account plans, strengthen customer relationships, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sustainable long‐term growth. Your ability to provide high‐level technical and application insights, coupled with strong commercial acumen, will help influence key decision‐makers and generate contractor business.

Danfoss Climate Solutions is expanding across the U.S., with opportunities in multiple verticals including Food Retail, HVAC/R OEMs, HVAC/R Distribution, Aftermarket , and Industrial Refrigeration . What You'll Be Doing Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities across the region. Manage pipeline and opportunity progression through CRM tools while developing and executing strategic account plans—directly or via representative networks.

Implement structured follow‐up actions to ensure successful delivery of account plan objectives. Maintain deep expertise in Danfoss markets and applications (industrial, building, infrastructure, food & cold chain) to deliver accurate quotations and guide representative partners. Conduct value‐based commercial negotiations to secure profitable business opportunities.

Engage end users to uncover future expansions, new facilities, and emerging project needs. Resolve customer issues promptly to strengthen satisfaction, retention, and long‐term relationships. Support consulting engineers, contractors, and end users on regional projects, including those purchased outside the territory.

Deliver technical training to installers, OEMs, and decision‐makers to reinforce Danfoss' value proposition and solution advantages. Actively participate in local industry associations to elevate Danfoss' visibility and influence. Manage and grow existing customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Achieve order intake targets at margins aligned with sustainable business growth. Build strong technical and commercial relationships with key decision‐makers to position Danfoss as a preferred supplier. Develop and execute comprehensive Key Account Management Plans and targeted campaign plans for high‐value opportunities.

What We're Looking For Qualifications & Skills Four (4) year college degree with technical major preferred or equivalent, with a commercially focused mindset. Minimum 3 years of industry‐related experience in Food Retail, HVAC/R OEMs, HVAC/R Distribution, Aftermarket, or Industrial Refrigeration in a sales or sales‐support role. Knowledge of system controls is a strong plus.

Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce strongly preferred. Travel up to 60%. Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000.
